Feedback is essential?!

We have updated our feedback system, and the old rating system has been changed!

In the past our Feedback was processed as a post that could be added/embedded through our sites, as well with the possibility to also give a rating that was included in the post. Super efficient... (not).

But now as a result on this huge system improvement all ratings given from now on are separately, and there for more unique cause we have made it now that all new ratings are IP based so that your rating can be changed later on, as well that it has more value to us by knowing how we are performing and how we can improve our products/services.

Please note that the new Rating system is still experimental and may could not work like your used to, and we will post all updates on this page

​How does the new rating work?

If you go to one of our main websites you will see a dark grey feedback button on the bottom-right of your screen. (It doesn't matter if you are on Mobile or Tablet).
if you click on the Feedback button an little pop-up window will appear with the 5 star ratings where you can give us a rating. by clicking on one of the stars it will directly be added and processed to our count, and by clicking another one it will be changed directly as well. To see your rating you need to refresh the page (Gonna be updated) to close the pop-up just simply click somewhere outside the pop-up or the little "X" icon.
